The development of community collaboration is both an art and a science. The makeup and dyamics of every community are different - the people, the organizations, the history, the cultural mix, the issues, the demographics, the geographics...it all has an impact.

One of the proven strengths of our Human Needs Network facilitation is fostering collaborative behavior. Honestly, it is a passion. We deeply desire communities to experience the life restoring impact of organizations, churches, municipalities, etc. working together for the good of people and the community.

We have also found that along the way these community servants are encouraged by the hope, vision and change these action-fostering conversations bring. People and organizations are brought out of isolation into the refreshing stream of togetherness...what we all call community.

The Coaching Journey has several steps and phases aiming at success. First, a visit is made to meet with key leaders and to cast vision through a speaking opportunity. From this visit, a community determines if a two-day Phase 1 visit will take place. Phase 1 paints an initial picture of a community's history of cooperation, collaboration, conflict, etc. Following this visit, a report and proposal for Phases 2-4 is provided for consideration. The entire process is highly conversational with the aim of strengthening community relationships.
