Human Needs Reponse training is designed to:

  1. Educate churches and agencies by defining poverty and providing insight into how poverty influences the quality of life of individuals and our community
  2. Coach churches and agencies in response to the needs of people - i.e. Shared Intake Process, Emergency Reponse, Crisis Stabilization, Resource Surfacing, and CharityTracker (online database that enables churches and agencies to share information about aid provided to clients)
  3. Empower churches and agencies to multiply impact by understanding and inacting the value and power of collaboration and shared vision of restoration
  4. Activate churches and agencies to respond through collaborative behavior
